TEDIMO SUPRA is a spacious 50 m² studio apartment located in the bustling heart of the Historic Center of Ragusa Superiore. Recently renovated in every small detail.
Bright and welcoming with a touch of Sicilian style. A refined ambiance where tradition and modernity blend in perfect balance.
Located on the first floor of a building owned by us, it features a lovely private balcony overlooking the characteristic Ragusan courtyard.
The apartment allows for a tranquil stay and offers the highest level of well-being. A high and airy open space with a large king-size double bed (70 x 80 inches) that ensures a well-deserved rest. The comfortable sofa, if needed, converts into an extra bed for 2 people. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people.
Spacious dressing area with a sink and a convenient wooden bench. Separate bathroom with a very large walk-in shower (50 x 50 inches). Elevated sanitary fixtures for greater comfort. Washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal.
A comfortable desk, 50-inch Smart TV. Fast Wi-Fi internet connection, free air conditioning, and heating.
For your convenience or in case of food intolerances, the super-equipped kitchen corner (gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, electric citrus juicer, pots, dishes, basic cooking condiments, tea, capsule coffee, and traditional Moka). A large refrigerator with a freezer caters to all those who love to shop at the characteristic local stores.
We provide guests with our private garage, exclusively for small cars and/or motorcycles (paid service).
Near our property and depending on availability, there are different types of parking such as free or paid public parking.

You are immersed in the atmosphere of the Enchanting Iblean Baroque: historic palaces and majestic churches enrich every corner of this wonderful city.
- Just a few steps from our property you will find the Piazza della Cattedrale di San Giovanni Battista (Cathedral Square of St. Johns the Baptist) and the Via Roma pedestrian street.
- Here you will find a wide choice of historic cafes, restaurants, traditional trattorias, and pubs.

🏖️ Exploring the Iblean Province
We are in a strategic position to discover the wonders of the Ragusa area.
In just 25 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful fine sand beach of Marina di Ragusa and the entire Provincial coast. At the same distance is the famous late 19th-century noble residence: the Castle of Donnafugata, with its unique stone Garden-Labyrinth.
The city of Modica, rich in Baroque architecture and famous for its very delicious chocolate, is 15 km from our house. To reach Scicli, famous thanks to the novels of Andrea Camilleri, you will need to travel 25 km. Punta Secca, with its picturesque Lighthouse and the much-photographed "Inspector Montalbano's House," is 30 km away.

🗓️ Pricing and Minimum Stay Duration
Our accommodation is strongly committed to environmental sustainability. To support this mission, we have chosen to incentivize stays of at least 2 nights, offering a financial advantage through an AUTOMATIC DISCOUNT.
- Note: Currently, we do not accept reservations for single nights.
- Availability and minimum stay restrictions (e.g., 2 or 3 nights) vary throughout the calendar year based on the season (high, medium, low). The specific conditions will be visible once the desired dates are entered.
👶 Conditions for Children
Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children under 2 years old: Stay free of charge.
- Children aged 2 years and older: Pay the full adult rate.
🥐 Breakfast
We offer a selection of high-quality local products for guests to compose their own sweet Italian breakfast.
- Breakfast is subject to an extra charge.
- Procedure: Breakfast is not prepared or served by staff. Guests are invited to prepare it independently with the products made available.
💰 Tourist Tax (Tassa di Soggiorno)
The Tourist Tax is applied by the Municipality of Ragusa.
- Amount: € 1.50 per person, per night.
- Duration: Applied for a maximum of 15 consecutive nights.
- Exemptions: Children under 12 years old.
- Payment: The Tourist Tax is collected by the Host upon check-in.

- One pet only (dog or cat) is allowed per stay.
- A supplement of € 50 per stay is required.
- Payment: To be paid upon arrival during check-in.
🔐 Deposits and Damage Policies
Security Deposit
- Amount: Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a security deposit of € 100 in cash.
- Purpose: This amount is required to cover any potential damage caused to the property.
- Refund: The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a check of the accommodation's condition.
Damage Policy
- Should damage occur to the property during the stay, the guest may be asked to pay an additional amount up to € 200 after check-out.
- This request will be in accordance with the property's damage policy, covering repair or replacement costs.
⏰ Arrival and Departure Times
- Arrival (Check-in): From 15:00 (3:00 PM) to 21:00 (9:00 PM). Please inform us of your arrival time in advance.
- Departure (Check-out): From 08:00 (8:00 AM) to 10:00 (10:00 AM). Please inform us of your departure time in advance.
- Out-of-Hours Check-in/out: Early or late check-in and/or check-out (outside regular hours) may incur an extra charge, depending on the time, the number of guests, and the additional hours spent on the property.
🚫 House Rules
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Parties/Events: Organizing parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or similar is not allowed, unless previously agreed upon with the Host.
- Quiet Hours: Guests must respect nighttime quiet hours between 00:00 (12:00 AM) and 06:00 (6:00 AM).

- Access for motorcycles (up to 4 bikes) or small cars.
2. Public Parking (Near the property)
Subject to availability, different types of parking are present:
- White Lines (Strisce Bianche): Public free rotation parking.
- Yellow Lines (Strisce Gialle): Public free from 08:00 to 20:00 (exclusively reserved for residents during nighttime hours).
- Blue Lines (Strisce Blu) - Paid Parking:
- Hours: 09:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 20:00.
- Days: Monday to Saturday (free on Sunday).
3. Private Surveillance Parking (SiSosta)
Two paid options:
- Corso Italia / corner Piazza Matteotti (under the Italian Post Office building).
- Via Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa (in front of the Palace of Justice and the Ponte Vecchio).
