How can I book a holiday home on Tedimo.it?
You can book directly on our website by selecting your desired dates and accommodation, or you can contact us via email / phone or via WhatsApp for assistance.

What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the chosen accommodation. The specific details are provided during the booking process.

Is a deposit required at the time of booking?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount and payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.

How can I check the availability of a house for a specific period?
Use the search engine on our website by entering your arrival and departure dates. The system will display the available homes.

Payments and Invoicing

What payment methods do you accept?
We rely on Stripe, a global leader in online payment processing. You can pay with major credit and debit cards in complete security. We also accept payments via traditional or instant bank transfer.

When do I have to pay the final balance?
The final balance is generally due upon arrival / at check-in.

Will I receive an invoice for my stay?
You will receive a booking confirmation and a receipt for your stay. It is not currently possible to issue an invoice.

Check-in and Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out is from 8:00 AM by 10:00 AM. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.

Is it possible to check-in or check-out outside of the standard hours?
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but this may be subject to availability and/or a small surcharge.

How does key collection take place?
We will meet you on-site for key handover and check-in procedures.

Does the holiday home have parking?
Yes, our properties offer private free and/or paid parking, as indicated in the descriptions. Please check the specific accommodation page.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, our holiday homes accept small pets with a supplement. Please check the accommodation description or contact us before booking.

Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, we provide bed linen and towels in all our holiday homes.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes, all our properties are equipped with free Wi-Fi connection. The password will be provided at check-in.

Do the houses have air conditioning?
Yes, the properties are air-conditioned.

Information about the Area

Are you close to the sea / beaches?
Our holiday homes are located in Marina di Ragusa (900 m from the sea) and in the historic center of Ragusa, in a position that allows easy access to the main beaches such as Marina di Ragusa, Punta Secca, Donnalucata by car or public transport. Please check the specific distance in the description.

Do you offer a transfer service (e.g., airport)?
Upon request, we can arrange a transfer service to and from Catania and Comiso airports, for an additional cost. Please request it in advance.

Do you recommend excursions or activities in the area?
Absolutely! Our motto is "Real Sicily Experience." We offer the possibility to organize personalized itineraries, excursions, and outdoor activities. Contact us via email / phone.

We provide an assistance number, active 24/7, for emergencies and urgent issues during your stay. Details will be given to you at check-in.
